think im gonna start the story today and i shall call it.. hmm no idea what to call it lol. how abt a 'i just wanna have a simple life'? anyway i'm writing as i think so the plot maybe abit mixed up and my ang moh not really good so people eating alot of potato pls bear with it

part 1: intro
john is a student studying business management in sp. he was brought up in an average-income family with an elder sister. he was quiet in nature as he was the only grandson in his family and he was always sheltered being the youngest in the family, but he wasn't spoilt and he is really honest and sincere.

his results wasn't the best nor he was good, he is just an average student. he nv had a girlfriend as he wasn't confident enough to confess to the girl he like. and one fine day, john had a good chat with his sister as he wasn't sure of what he wants to do in the future. his sister, speaking from experience told him that the first few years of working is just like gambling, where u have to try some bets and find the right bet to place his bet on. this talk resulted john to reflect abt his life, and he told himself that he chose the path and shouldn't regret his choice and this certainly spurred him up

john's best friend, shane was a hyper-energetic guy, always teasing john abt the girl he likes but he was one of the few people john will shre his problems with coz he's a great listener. and shane's birthday was approaching, and john was invited to his party.

john didn't know what to get for shane and in the end, he went to buy a bottle of vodka for him. and during the party on the same day, he met terine. at first john thought she was attractive but he didn't cared much. but after having a few drinks, john was abit tipsy and told shane that terine was beautiful and that's how the story starts.......
